   DISCOUNTMAGS.COM has not met my needs. I’m not sure that they are “what they say they are”. I placed TWO orders, one over a year ago, and one about 6 months ago.

   I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM!

   I contacted DM.com, and they said, “We see your orders. Don’t worry, they are coming.” STILL…NOTHING!

   + PROS: Variety, special offers

   - CONS: I have placed two orders, one over a year ago, and one 6 months ago. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! I suggest that one takes their needs/desires elsewhere.

   Me to I ordered my magizine August 18th 2020 and it is now January 8th 2021 I have emailed them but they wont answer me back. How can we get thisout so more people dont get ripped off?

   I’ve been a customer of DiscountMags.com for 8 years. I’ve purchased magazines from publishers and many of their competitors and while sometimes you can find deals on other sites, their customer service is unrivaled. I typically get a response same day or the next day and almost always refund if im unhappy with no questions asked. When I have had problems, its typically the fault of the customer and they make it right. No site is perfect but what matters is what they do to fix the problem.

   + PROS: Phenomimal customer service

   - CONS: Publishers take forever to start magazines but that's not their fault.

   Discount Mags is a scam. Spend the extra few bucks and buy your subscriptions directly from the magazine. But what’s even more concerning is THIS site! Best Legit Reviews scores Discount Mags a 8.3! Users score Discount Mags a 1! Wake up Legit Reviews!!

   I currently have a charge to my credit card from them, and I did not place any magazine orders.
   They have no orders at all for me, and I am currently awaiting to hear from them and getting this
   charge of $54.95 taken off.
   They have no one available to speak to, just a recording stating that they will get back to me
   within one business day.

   I also have a charge on my credit card without having placed a magazine order. I have tried to send a complaint on their ‘contact us’ page but it will not let me type a message. This is illegal.

     Yes Betty joe, it is illegal. You should contact an attorney in your local area who advertises that they practice in consumer lawI placed my order November 18th and I’m still awaiting my first magazine delivery. I’m going to give them three or four more weeks because I can verify that there is national and local mailn slow down absolutely. Good luck, Portland Oregon attorney

   Discount mags will bill your credit card, but will not stand behind their orders if there is an issue, and won’t return your money. They will tell you they place the order and that is all they are responsible for. You have to fight it out with the magazine on your own if there is a problem. I ordered and paid for a three year subscription – not a single magazine was mailed and discount mags confirmed it with the magazine but won’t make it right, wont return my money. They are not a reputable company

   + PROS: none

   - CONS: they will do nothing beyond charge your credit card and place the order. If there is a mistake in that order, you are left without your money or the magazine. they pocket your money and you are out of luck

   I tried to renew my subscription to The Week last month. They charged my card for about $105 on April 4 but on May 27 the The Week’s customer service says they have not received payment. This is illegal.

    “DO NOT SUBSCRIBE” to any magazine in this site. impossible to turn off the subscription. Do not refund the money
    and there is not one to talk to. Do not respond to e-mails.
    DON’T lose your money.
    You have been warned.

    I ordered a magazine on March 15 – my account was charged on March 17th – As of this date, July 16th I have not received a copy of the magazine. When I contacted them initially, they responded and asked that I wait until June 19 and, if I did not receive a magazine by then, I should contact them again – I did and they have not gotten back to me
